A client with at least one report or at least one active workflow card. Archived or historical clients don’t count against your limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only. You can still browse and export data, but you’ll need to subscribe to create new clients, reports, or workflows.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year with a ~17% discount.
